Automotive ECU tuning Petrol and Diesel engines - Best value for money and the safest way of increasing the power of your stock vehicle. By raising the values of certain maps within your ECU software, we can safely and accurately increase the power and torque of your engine. We also allow more torque at lower RPM's which improves responsiveness and acceleration and allowing gear changes at lower RPM, resulting in better fuel efficiency.

Automotive ECU Tuning - ECU Remapping Stage 2 is rarely available for Petrol and is more commonly available for modern Diesel vehicles. It requires the removal of the AdBlue system (a.k.a. DEF or SCR), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) in most cases which may incur further labour costs. The removal of these systems allows for better air flow resulting in further tuning possibilities to reach optimal performance.
If at any point, you wish to return the ECU back to it's original software map, we're happy to do this for you FREE of charge.
*Please Note* Reversal of a DPF delete tune will require installation of a fully functional DPF filter. Parts and labor costs will apply.

DPF delete/removal. This is for removal of DPF via software editing. This tune will require physical removal of the DPF filter to prevent blockage of the exhaust.

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems are another anti-pollution system that wreaks havoc on your engine after time. It uses ECM signals to open and close a valve at certain times and at varying loads/speeds to divert unburnt gasses from the exhaust system back into the intake and combustion chamber to reduce the amount of emissions from the tailpipe.
In a diesel engine, this eventually causes havoc, as unburnt fuel mixes with carbon from the exhaust, producing a heavy soot that blocks intakes.
Another expensive repair occurs when the Ad Blue system stops injecting fluid into the exhaust during regeneration of the DPF filter. This is usually caused by the Urea-based liquid drying within the tank and "freezing" everything solid.
Repairing this system involves replacing almost every component in the system including complete tank and lines, and will likely cost you in excess of $5,000 - $6,000 to complete the job.
Deleting this via software edit is likely to save you from future headache
Remove all 3 anti-pollution software at the same time and save more money whilst spending less time at your repairer.
