2015 VW Golf R 2.0 TSI - Exhaust and Intake mods with Stage 2+ Tune

Panda's awesome Mk7 was already equipped with a quality air intake system, blow off valve and turbo inlet pipe with a Stage 1 ECU tune and DSG tune, so it already went very well.

After chatting with him for a bit, he decided that he wanted a bit more, so we answered with a 3" catted downpipe and a front mounted intercooler, before finishing off with a Stage 2+ tune bringing power up to 390hp and 560Nm.

This is one extreme hot hatch!

Danny only recently purchased his immaculate and bone stock SS and was wanting more power and a more aggressive sounding V8 rumble.

He did his own research and supplied some quality made REX Ramjet 1¾" equal length, triple step headers with matching 100 cell hi-flow cats which we fitted and mated up to the previously installed twin 2½" cat-back exhaust with twin sport mufflers.

We then fitted the OTR Cold Air Intake by VCM Performance, also supplied by Danny.

We finalised the whole package by enlisting the help of the LS series engine experts, OzTrack Performance in Sydney who remotely tuned the setup with accuracy to a healthy 275.03rwkw & 470.1Nm.

We responded by supplying and fitting our very own quality made downpipes and modified his tune to suit the upgraded exhaust.

The results sound amazing.
